Where are your skincare products and tea manufactured?
Our skincare and tea are lovingly hand made in Australia in small batches under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Are your products all natural and environmentally friendly?
Yes all our skincare and tea products are 100% plant derived, never tested on animals, free from parabens, sulphates, phthalates, petrochemicals, synthetic colours, fragrances and preservatives. All our packaging is recyclable.
Do all skin care products contain preservatives and does Sparkle Realm use them?
Preservatives are necessary to ensure skincare products remain safe to use until their expiry date. They prevent growth of bacteria, mould and fungus. That said it’s equally important to avoid harmful chemical preservatives in natural products. We are proud to say that Sparkle Realm only use Natural preservatives.
What is the shelf life of Sparkle Realm products?
Our products have an 18 month self-life after opening. Please store them in a cool dry place to ensure their continued efficacy.
How often can I use Sparkle Realm's skincare products?
For best results, we recommend using the Oil and Serum both morning and night every day. If your skin is sensitive, use the serum every second day to ensure you skin adjusts to it. Whilst all natural, our products are super effective!
We always recommend a patch test before use to ensure the products are suitable for your skin. You can do this by applying some product behind your elbow or ear and waiting 24-48 hours to see if there is a reaction.
Are Sparkle Realm products suitable for me if I have super sensitive, irritable skin?
Our products are all natural, with no harmful chemicals and should generally be safe for all skin types (i.e. oily, combination, dry, mature). If however, you are concerned, we recommend either patch testing before use by applying some product behind your elbow or ear and waiting 24-48 hours, or consulting your health care professional for their advice.
What should I do if I have an allergic reaction from using the products?
Whilst our products are all natural, with no harmful chemicals and generally safe, everyone has different skin and may have a skin reaction. If you have a skin reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult your health care professional if skin irritation persists.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return, excluding personal care cosmetic products such as oils and serums.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging sealed and undamaged. See our refund policy for more details.

What are your delivery timelines?
We do our best to ensure your special purchases are delivered safely and in a timely manner. We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels and timelines vary across the globe depending on destination points and local postal services. Delivery times are based on standard shipping, exclude public holidays and time in customs.
The postal services are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so we ask for your patience and understanding as you wait for your parcels to arrive. Delivery times provided below do not take into account the delay impacts which may be an additional 10 – 15 days.

What if I change my delivery address after making a purchase?
We do our best to ensure you receive your parcels in a timely manner, so orders are processed as soon as possible once placed. If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for your order.
