Shipping policy
We do our best to ensure your special purchases are delivered safely and in a timely manner.
General information
Orders are processed on weekdays between Monday to Friday. Upon your order being processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. Please check your spam or junk email box in case our email goes there.
We will not be held responsible if your parcel is intercepted upon delivery. All orders are sent with an authority to leave (if safe). If you prefer to sign for your parcel upon delivery, please let us know by adding this request in the 'Special Instructions' section at the Checkout beneath the list of products that you've added to your shopping cart. If it is not safe to leave your parcel, or if you have requested to sign upon delivery of your parcel and no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office. You will be required to show proof of ID to collect your parcel from the Australia Post Office.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order, as we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to reject the delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. Refunds will not include reimbursement of shipping costs.
Note that the postal services are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so we ask for your patience and understanding as you wait for your parcels to arrive. Delivery times provided below do not take into account the delay impacts.

Within Australia
- Orders are processed via Australia Post
- Orders over AU$80: Free standard shipping
- Orders below AU$80: Flat standard shipping rate $10
- Delivery timing: 2 - 7 business days*
*Delivery times will vary depending on destination points and external factors impacting delivery companies.
For Express delivery your order must be placed before 2pm AEST on a weekday.
Outside Australia
International orders are delivered via Australia Post.

- All orders: Flat standard shipping rate AU$24

Canada

Delivery timing are based on standard shipping and exclude public holidays and time in customs. May be subject to delay outside of our control.
